Our involvement in the Industrial Ring Road on the southern side of Bangkok is simultaneously small and large. Small when seen against the total budget of the project, but big if one realizes that our company provides
virtually all form work and a good deal of the necessary falseworks for the project. Because the project largely uses an in-situ method of concrete placement, with single pours of up to 650 ton during one session, high
quality form- and falseworks are of utmost importance.

The project consists of the construction of 12 km of elevated highway, 4 to 12 lanes wide, and two bridges, each about 700m  long over the Chao Praya River.

Formwork ranges from simple forms for foundation work to 14 meter high V-parts mounted on columns of more than 15 meter high. In between Alpi SEA Co. Ltd designed, manufactured and supplied launching girders,
forms and form support works for the columns, the column heads and the integrated crossbeam-crosshead-deck sections. On site Alpi SEA Co. Ltd provides training and technical assistance to the specialized crews of the
principal contractors to ensure proper erection/assembly and subsequent opening and striking of its equipment. As already stated concreting work is carried out in-situ. Alpi SEA Co. Ltd. is providing formwork that leaves
a finishing requiring no additional touch up work. In total we supplied more than 2,000 tons of form- and falseworks to Taisei Corp, Nishimatsu, NKK & Sino Thai Engineering Joint Venture TNNS J.V
